    As a member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for planning and executing our 1-phase R&D project, which includes electronics, mechanics, software and integration engineering disciplines. You will be required to lead the project from technical aspects, defining system requirements and driving system architecture decision-making.

    The project manager sets the pace and the standard for R&D teams, and creates the synchronization and synergy that make the R&D organization far greater than the sum of its parts, by interacting with both R&D and non-R&D teams in across the company.

    What you will be doing:

    • Manage all aspects of projects, including risk, cost, schedule, and quality, both in-house and outsourced 
    • Lead system design and system-level decisions, and aligning with the R&D teams.
    •  Leading interdisciplinary teams in a matrix organization, responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of all the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction
    • Long-term and short-term project planning according to industry standards
    • Builds relationships with key stakeholders

    Requirements:  

    • BSc in Electrical Engineering- Must
    • At least 3 years of experience in project management- Must
    • At least 2 years of experience in system engineering - Must
    • At least 2 years of experience in electronics development- Must
    •  Power electronics experience - advantage
    •  MSc in engineering and/or MBA – advantage

    What you will be doing:

    • Develop web-based user interface for the company’s next generation smart IoT products.
    • Build rich React applications with different state-management paradigms.

    • Work with the embedded SW teams and with adjacent teams
    • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software.

    Requirements:

    • BSC in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent - MUST.

    What will you be doing? 

    • Lead the Final Testing team to its goals as part of Critical division Operation Department
    • Work with multiple interfaces as Planning, Production, Q&R, R&D
    • Simulate and test UPS system operation, structure, Functions.
    • Analyze test results, detect issues, SW Bugs and track root causes.
    • Implement testing automation tools and take part of process improvements and initiatives
    • Provide trainings for test technicians.
    • Work in a very dynamic workspace 

    Requirements:

    • BSc or Practical Engineer in Electrical engineering or equivalent.
    • Knowledge in electronics, Standard lab tools and measurement devices (Oscilloscope, Multi-meters) – Mandatory.
    • Organized, neat and accurate
    • Leadership skills, management experience is an advantage.
    • knowledge in ERP- Priority– An advantage.
    • Experience in Electrical design and ability to read Electrical drawing – An advantage.
    • UPS experience & knowledge – highly advantage.
    • English – Good level.

    • Leading the technology roadmap in the field of battery, and being a professional focal point 
    • Managing team of 2 System/Hardware Engineers 
    • Accountable for timely delivery of new products 
    • Technical leadership on batteries and electronics
    • Manage, liaise and direct multi-teams to ensure projects goals and requirements are met  
    • Assess potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering (EE)
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in design of new / cutting edge products in the Power electronics field
    • 2+ years of previous managing/leading experience
    • Must have hands on Board Design experience
    • Experience in Analog and/or Power electronics designs (DC/DC topologies design, Analog circuits design, Noise and Signal integrity concerns, Thermal concerns, Component level designs- not a module integrator)
