    What will you be doing:

    • Be responsible for all the division purchasing
    • Manage additional 1-2 team members
    • Be responsible for electronics, batteries, hardware purchasing
    • Be responsible for supporting division subsidiaries purchasing worldwide
    • Routinely analyze vendor proposals to select the best value

     As part of the role, the embedded Linux developer would be in charge of development, deployment, and integration of device drivers, user space applications and additional tasks involving SolarEdge's Linux platform.

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent.
    • 2-6 years of hands-on embedded software development experience.

    What will you be doing:

    • Implement control algorithms for power electronics products.
    • Develop and debug low-level real-time and low-latency firmware in C.
    • Leading multi tasks projects- Power conversion algorithms, communication and implementation on multiple platforms DSPs, Company’s ASIC, operating systems.
    • Write software specification and design documents.

You will be expected to build infrastructure and Automation developments with willingness to provide high coverage and quality tests. You will be engaged in the assembly and qualification of new generations of products, from design to implementation and analysis.     What will you be doing:

    • Support the Hardware team from the design and development stages in lab feasibility tests, through board and system tests after layout till we have a certified product ready to mass production.

    • Responsible for automatic testers including building the automatic tester stations and writing their automation scripts.
